In exactly 6 weeks time the Do Lectures Wales will kick off with a bang, and we can’t wait.
Over the past 6 years we’ve had many great speakers share their stories with us. Their willingness to let us in on the highs and lows, the great successes as well as the great failures, is what makes the event special. It’s human, it’s open and it’s very real.
Because our speakers are all great Doers, it’s important to us that we keep up to date with their activities. We’ve decided to celebrate #ThrowbackThursdays with a new speaker each week. It’s a chance to talk about what they’ve been up to since DO, and discover what the future holds. But especially for us interns, we’re hungry for some good advice about how to start the fire burning.
First up is Michael Acton Smith. Michael spoke at Do 2012 and 2013. He is the creator of Mind Candy, the infamous Moshi Monsters and most recently he has created Calm, a book and an app about the importance of having balance in your life.
Watch our interview with him to find out what he has been up to, his top three habits for getting things done, his 3 favourite books and some damn good advice for anyone starting out.
Check back here next Thursday to find out who our next Throwbackthursday interviewee will be!
See you soon,
